In a presentation at the UN Geneva building, Rachmi Hertanti explained that Indonesia needs Binding Treaty as one of the efforts to improve the people’s welfare as well as mechanism to protect the country from crimes committed by Transnational Corporation in Indonesia such as PT Freeport which has violated many Human Rights, Labor Rights and obligation to pay taxes.
